Hi Rosie
There is a free, open source package called Web Survey Toolbox. It's
very powerful, and will probably be able to do anything you want to do.
I have yet to set it up myself, so I can't vouch for ease of use or
installation.

Good luck!
Cheers

Subject: Free online survey software
Hi,
I'm hoping to do an online survey on the Tate Learning website and
wondered if anyone could recommend any free or cheap online survey
software. I've had a look at surveymonkey but wondered if people had
used any others.
Thanks
Rosie
