You will join the dynamic, friendly New Media team developing a range of
interactive media, both online and offline, to help visitors to enjoy the
National Gallery's collection to the full. Making extensive use of digital
media, you will play a key role in managing and creating engaging content
about the full range of the Gallery's activities.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will be highly organised,
experienced in structuring online content and capable of developing
coherent strategies across a variety of channels and media. You will have
the ability to manage large amounts of material, working within constraints
of resources, time and budget to achieve project milestones. A demonstrable
ability to write engagingly and concisely for a broad audience is a key
requirement for this post.
You must have a minimum of a first degree, a passion for communicating, at
least two to three years' experience of working with web related
technologies, and experience of managing others.
