I agree. Having access to electronic journals was
great whilst I studied or worked at a university. Now,
as a freelancer, I find this a major problem.
Membership of the university library as an external
person (at least of my nearest one) does not allow
access to computers, so therefore there is no access
to any electronic journals, and they seem to have
switched over to electronic ones where possible
because they don't require space.
