Hi,
1. I work part time at this address - until february when I'm back
fulltime.
2. My Out of Office message has been set to exclude MCG mailings as you
describe for many years (as long as I have been a member of this listing) -
clearly it doesn't work but no-one had told me. Maybe you could have asked
me about this off-list?
3. Maybe this list can be programmed to recognise the title 'Out of Office'
and not to distribute them?

Subject: Re: Why does Rachel Cockett even HAVE an office?
Personally I'm always fascinated to hear about peoples' work
schedules, but I'm sure that some of the 499 people on this list
receive a lot more email than I do.
Most mail systems have a facility to exclude certain email addresses
from "Out of Office" messages -- can I make an appeal to anyone (not
just the highly mobile Ms. Cockett) that uses "Out of Office"
auto-responders to investigate ways to suppress these messages from this
list?
Thanks,
T.
