David
Would it be possible to outline what the 'web 2.0' approach to data
sharing involves?
Thanks

Ian
Have you talked to the 24 Hour Museum about this?
They already have many of the facilities you are talking about, and have
an existing audience of 10 million users a year for museum-related
activity ...
They are just embarking on a rebuild of the site to enable more of a
'Web 2.0' approach to data-sharing. It is also worth noting that the
ideas being discussed for the rebuild include customised front-ends for
the site in the same way that the Untold London website is already
driven from the 24 Hour Museums basic data.

Subject: Events listing advice
Does anyone know of or can recommend a company to supply and host a
product to deliver mix'n'match listings of events/activities/exhibitions
over the web. We've tried 'Trumba' but too basic... any suggestions?
Functionality needs to include remote password access for multiple
inputters, image upload preferably with resampling, custom fields,
ability
to add metadata to allow output according to location, theme etc.
We've got a modest budget which could extend into four figures.
*sorry - cross posted*
thanks
