Dear colleague
The UK Bibliographic Standards Committee of the CILIP Rare Books and Special
Collections Group has organised a meeting, attended by representatives from
major UK libraries, to discuss manuscripts cataloguing standards for use in
UK libraries. This will be taking place on Wednesday 3 May, beginning at 2
o'clock, in the Durning-Lawrence Library, Senate House Library, University
of London, Senate House, Malet Street, London WC1E 7HU. We have space for a
few more delegates, if anybody is interested. If you are interested, please
contact Karen Attar ([log in to unmask]) who is keeping an eye on
numbers, which she also needs for coffee/tea & biscuits. If you want to
know more about the purpose of the meeting, please contact me.
Best wishes
Brian Hillyard
