Dear Deborah,
It might be a jolly good idea to post to other pertinent Lists, as well - e.g. LIS-MEDICAL.

Dear Elaine, and CLUG users,
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this update to the homepage look and navigation may have caused you. We greatly value the work you do in training and developing usage of The Cochrane Library. We will in future ensure that you are given more notice of any updates to the site so that adequate preparation and familiarisation can be established.
Best wishes,
Deborah

Isn't this rather short notice of a "major re-design"?
Luckily for me, my next training session on the Cochrane Library isn't until July, but I would not have been very happy to have 2 working hours notice that the names of the databases have been changed!
