Can anyone recommend quality electronic resources in the area of primary mental health law? Sites recommended so far are:
<http://www.bailii.org/> and <http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/judgments.htm>
The HMSO Site http://www.opsi.gov.uk/legislation/about_legislation.htm
<http://library.kent.ac.uk/library/lawlinks/resources.htm>
PCT information
<<http://www.esrcsocietytoday.ac.uk>> - free access to all ESRC (Economic & Social Research Council) funded research, and a host of other useful services (email alerts, discussion fora, etc.)
If anyone has any other recommendations, they would be gratefully received, I can summarise for the list.
We've also been trying to get hold of a law report: (R(on the application of
DR) -v- Merseycare NHS Trust [2002] All ER D(28th August) for the same person, but the only access seems to be via
http://www.southsidepublishing.co.uk/mhlr/mhlr-2002.html which is a
subscription database. Is there any chance anyone has access to a copy from another source?
Your help much appreciated
