Hi Jane,
First things first - I hope you have enabled Dialog databases to see
them via Dialog eLINKS - You may have missed the TDnet updating - but at
least when they do a bib search those journals will be included.

We've just purchased a package of 32 e-journals for our service, which
are the first e-journals our service users have had access to. We
need
to make users aware that these journals are available and about the
benefits of using them.
Does anyone with a more established collection of e-journals have any
tips / good practice you could share with us about effective promotion
of e-journals to NHS staff?
Thanks,
Jane
