This rings a distant bell! I think the previous answer was that each
journal would have to be approached individually for permission. It most
cases you will get it, but don't assume so. Why not provide links to the
journals own e-contents page, most of them have one.

Hello all,
The library is looking at having a page on its' website where people can
access the current contents pages of the journals which we hold (most likely
a pdf file of the contents page).
I was wondering if any of the other libraries were doing (or had
attempted) something similar and if so, what were the problems, issues, etc?
