The NHS Economic Evaluation Database (NHS EED) is one of a number of online
evidence sources produced by the Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (CRD)
at the University of York. NHS EED aims to assist decision-makers and
researchers by systematically identifying and describing economic
evaluations, appraising their quality and highlighting their strengths and
weaknesses.
The NHS EED project team are currently conducting research into how best to
assist decision-makers and researchers in determining how reliable and
relevant any particular economic evaluation is to them.
As part of this research, a short survey has been compiled to elicit user’s
preferences over a range of presentational formats of the information.
As a current / potential user of NHS EED, we would appreciate your
participation in this short survey. The survey will take about 20 minutes
of your time to complete.
The information you provide will allow the NHS EED project team to consider
planning developments to the database. As well as this, the results of this
survey will be of intrinsic methodological importance to the wider health
economic research community.
If you have 20 minutes to spare and would be interested in helping us
improve the information we provide to you then please reply to this e-mail
by Friday July 21st.
Many Thanks,
Stephanie Thurston (on behalf of the NHS EED project team)
