You are invited to participate in a survey of librarians and information professionals about their work or volunteer experience in an international setting.
The purpose of this research study is to investigate the existence (or non-existence) of a relationship between multicultural awareness and attitudes towards diversity in the library work environment as a result of international work exchanges/programs. I intend to explore how an experience in a
different cultural construct can affect employee behaviors in a diverse environment or in establishing an environment conducive to cultural change.
The audience for this survey are:
1) U.S. librarians who have temporarily worked or volunteered outside of the United States
2) *International librarians who have temporarily worked or volunteered in the U.S.*
