Dear all,
Does anyone have a cunning solution to help us reconcile our new single
sign-on service with EBSCO's A-Z list.
We will be implementing a single sign-on service for our students at the
start of the next academic year, meaning that students only have one log-
in for all our services including our VLE, Talis, Athens and network
passwords. The fly in the ointment is proving to be the A-Z. As all the
links are managed by EBSCO, users trying to access a journal title on an
Athens resource via the A-Z are still being asked for their Athens
passwords, which are no longer being issued.
Has anyone successfully conquered this problem? We're desperate to keep
the A-Z which has been invaluable since we acquired it last year.
Thanks very much,
Alison
