Louise et al,
Intellect's 2006 pricing info:
http://www.intellectbooks.co.uk/misc/journals/journalsubs2006.pdf
gives prices for back issues, but for 2003 and earlier they all say that
they are 'print-only'. So how is anyone actually supposed to buy online
access to 2003 issues?
