Hi
When I was dealing with the IP address' the page wouldn't open for me at all so I couldn't register them. We have 2 different 'institution accounts' with them. I was having such problems that I just sent a list of my IP ranges to MIT and asked them if they could add them on by behalf, which they did.
Hopefully they will do the same for you?
Many Thanks,

So here's me thinking I'd cracked it - I have successfully created the admin account and activated our subscriptions.
However, we have lots of different subscriber numbers for the journals we subscribe to so it has created a whole list of "institutions" for me to "manage" within the admin area e.g. University College London (xxxxx), University College London (yyyyy). Not a problem, you'd think, this happens all the time. BUT when I add our IP addresses, it doesn't add them to all the "institutions", just the one I am "managing" at that moment. And if I try to add the same IP addresses to all the other "institutions" it tells me that I can't because they overlap with another IP range!!! Agggghhh! Is this going to be like the OUP system where you have to have lots of separate admin accounts for each different subscriber number? At least with that you could register the same IP addresses.
