Hi Lesley,
All our titles show the split icon, even the ones we have full access
to! This is also the case at volume level - so each issue in a volume
can show the "complete access" icon but the volume will have the
split icon next to it.
I have to say that there are a number of things wrong with the new
Springer site, both in terms of missing features and being unfriendly
and counterintuitive from a user point of view. They don't reply to
my feedback forms though!
