It all depends on your licence from the publisher. Some will allow you to
carry out document delivery (either paper, electronic or both), some won't.

Subject: Copyright for ejournals
Hi everybody,
I just want a little clarification really.
What is the situation regarding copyright and electronic journals, may
we use email to deliver article requests from e journals?
Or do we have to print them out and post them? What if a sister library
has access to e content - can they email us with articles? If anyone
knows of a document clarifying this it would be much appreciated. The
CLA only seems to discuss journals and doesn't mention e journals (as
far as I can see!)
Kind regards
