Hi,
I've had the same problem as you with the links to the journals not working
and getting a JavaScript void message, so have had to email
[log in to unmask] to try and find out what the problem is.
I have to say as well that I didn't know anything about this move until this
morning, so it's thanks to ingenta for letting us all know so efficiently.
Having had several emails from MIT Press back in the middle of February
acknowledging receipt of our subscriptions and inviting us to register for
access, I was wondering why they hadn't made any mention of their journals
moving off ingentaconnect at that point. That would have seemed a very good
idea. As it is we have a couple of weeks to make the relevant changes, which
sounds good, but once again isn't there an expectation that we can just drop
everything else and sort this out first?
So what's new!
Cheers
Lesley

Hi,
Did anyone find the links to the journals? All I get when trying to click
the links is a little note with "javascript: void ()".
Kind regards

Hi Sarah
I followed the instructions for my first activation. For subsequent
activations I remained logged on, clicked on Access, submitted
the access token, and got an error message!
<<Access token was not found. Click here to activate an
institutional account.>>
I did as suggested and clicked through, repeated the Institutional
account activation process, ie: yes (to the agreement), submit
the activation code. I found that that was all that was necessary.
It wasn't necessary to re-enter IP range(s).
Each time a code is activated, a link is added to the "Profile". Now
I just have to find the new URLs...
Best wishes
Dominic Benson

Hi
Have others received emails about MIT Press journals moving from ingenta?
I've just received 6 of these (probably more to follow), detailing a long
complicated procedure to activate our subs., consisting of registering,
logging in and then activating. Each has a different customer number and
appears to require the creation of a different username and password, and
repetition of the procedure, for each one.
What a nightmare!
