Hello everyone
Many of you in PCTs now have your new email addresses and as such you may find that you can no longer use some of the Aditus mailing lists (e.g ILL, regional groups such as Cheshire & Mersey, Heritage Group etc).
I can change your details centrally for you on the Aditus server. This will mean that you can continue to send and receive to the Aditus lists. As I may well be inundated, I would appreciate it if you could send me details of the changes to all the librarian's emails at your Trust in one email.
You will also need to change your details for the LIHNN list which is not maintained by me. My instructions say that you have to email [log in to unmask] and notify them of your change of email address.
Those of you who are Athens administrators also need to change your email address in the Athens administrator area. Once you have logged in with your Athens admin password, click on the Modify Details link at the bottom centre of the page and add your new email address. NB you cannot at the moment change your email for *personal* Athens accounts. I am investigating whether Athens can amend MyAthens to enable users to do this.
Union Catalogue administrators should also change details of all colleagues emails by using the Edit Personnel and Edit Library Details (for ILL and general library email addresses) menu options
