Hi Jeremy,
Changing jobmanager means changing
/opt/globus/lib/perl/Globus/GRAM/JobManager/pbs.pm
(or lcgpbs.pm etc., depending on which jobmanager you are using). If you want
to change it, it is also advisable to change accordingly
/opt/globus/setup/globus/pbs.in (or lcgpbs.in etc.), which is used as a
template, so that during later configure_node's your changes to the jobmanager
are not lost... Beware - this is all for lcg-CE.
For glite-CE I didn't manage to do this (i.e. to find the appropriate way to
adjust the jobmanager), so I would appreciate help from someone :))
