"Healthy Hillingdon - Specialist Health Promotion Service for Council and PCT... the the journey so far and the direction of travel"
This event will focus upon the approach being adopted to promoting health and well-being in the local community. It will profile some of the issues, underpinning principles, community programmes, and the strategy for the future.
Angela has been working in health and education, or related research work for over twenty years, initially as a teacher in Personal, Social and Health Education, and Religious Education with adolescents in Secondary Schools, later in HIV/AIDS sexual health promotion and currently as Head of Health Promotion for Hillingdon. She is the author and designer of several health education teaching and training resources.
