This depends on the quality of the data - if you have good quality T1
and T2 images you can hope to get results similar to those shown in
the techrep at http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/analysis/research/bet/bet2.pdf

It may help to brain-extract the T1 and align that to the
MNI152T1_brain image and use that transform when running BET2.
