Hi,
We normally like to keep all the fsl tree together, but if you must install
somewhere else you'll have to copy $FSLDIR/bin, $FSLDIR/tcl, $FSLDIR/lib,
$FSLDIR/doc and $FSLDIR/etc for everything to work correctly.
To clean up you just need to do a "make distclean" in every subdirectory
of src and extras/src (making sure that your environment is set correctly -
which is what the build script does).
To use make rather than build you just need to write a Makefile that
calls build. In fact, you could put in targets for clean and install to do
all of the above if that's what you want.
If you find this useful please send us the top-level Makefile and we'll
include it in a future release.
All the best,
Mark
