Hi,
well - if your files are designcon.txt & designmat.txt but randomise looks for *.con & *.mat files it won't work. So try:
mv designcon.txt design.con
mv designmat.txt design.mat
randomise -i flow_all_subjects -o twosample_ttest -d design.mat -t design.con -m avg152T1_edges
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] Randomise problems
Dear FSL users
I am trying to run randomise but there always the following error occurs:
Aborted (core dumped)
I use FSL in cygwin on a Windows machine.
The following files are all in one directory:
flow_all_subjects
designcon (see attachment)
designmat (see attachment)
avg152T1_brain_mask
I would like to compare two groups (8 patients vs 3 patients) with a two
sample t-test.
I used following command:
randomise -i flow_all_subjects -o twosample_ttest -d designmat.mat -t
designcon.con -m avg152T1_brain_mask
Does the designmat and designcon files (see attachment)are specified in the
right way?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks a lot
Best regards
Juergen
