Hi - I've a feeling that I've run linux32 and 64 mixed up in a TBSS
analysis and that it was fine - would you mind trying at letting us
know? An easy way to tell if there's a problem is to get as far as
the generation of the all_FA 4D image, and view that in FSLView,
checking that ALL timepoints in the file contain an image - if
there's a platform problem some images will be empty.
