Hi - sorry you're having problems, Cygwin installation is one of the
reasons why we recommend that people use other operating system
options than Windows for data analysis if possible.
It sounds from the error message like there is a conflict between the
"FSL" version of Cygwin and other versions that you had previously
installed. I'm afraid I'm not sure what else to suggest - it's
possible that your Windows registry is screwed up - maybe you need a
local sysadmin to look into that?
