Dear FSL,
I have written a modified version of eddy_correct that
uses sinc interpolation. In addition, I also run
"avwmaths $output -thr 0 $output" to zero the negative
values near the edge of the brain.
The resulting images are less blurred and do not
appear to suffer from undesirable artefacts resulting
from sinc interpolation. However, I am not an expert
and would appreciate your feedback on using sinc
interpolation in this context.
I have attached the revised script, called
"eddy_correct_sinc".
