Dear Emre,
I'm not entirely sure I understand the question. Is it about design
or how to setup a model for an existing data set? If it is design,
then the thing to bear in mind is that you'll want to use shorter
blocks and have repeats (ie 6 x 30s per condition
interspersed). Long blocks and no repeats mean the data are
substantially contaminated by noise processes. You'd have a hard
time getting such a study published.
If that's what you've already done, though, then the easiest way to
model it is using three separate 3-custom EV files, each of which
contains a single line:
A
0 180 1
B
180 180 1
C
360 180 1
You can do it with the blocked option, if you wish, but custom EVs
are generally easier, even for blocked designs.
Cheers,
- Joe
