Dear FSLers:
Sorry, please disregard my previous post. I had to rephrase the second
question again.
I have a general question about VSCALING computed during SIENAX. I
appreciate if someone can help me with this.
From what I understand, a skull and a brain are registered with standard
skull and brain using affine transformation through FLIRT.
Is VSCALING determined by the determinant of the affine transformation?
Also, is it safe to say that if a subject consists of skull that is twice
the size of standard skull, then the subject's normalized GM volume would
be twice the volume of GM in native space. Native to normalized
compartmental volumes are governed by a single contant, VSCALING?
Thanks,
Hedok
