Hi,
Featquery will not separate two clusters within a single mask ROI wrt
it's quantitation.
The best thing probably is some simple command line calls.
You can mask the cluster_mask image with your ROI with the -mas
option in avwmaths++ and then use -thr and -uthr to extract
particular clusters, then feed the output into avwstats++
