It's like it says on the pack - honest. :)
I've double-checked in the code and with a little experiment
and the file you pass into --ocustom should contain the numbers
from 1 to N (*not* 0 to N-1).
However, you are right that in most other utilities we refer to
the time index like the spatial indices and have them start at 0.
Slicetimer is an exception to this - don't ask me why.
So, that's a verification on the first slice = 1 for slicetimer.
