Dear Jeff,
Unfortunately you have run fslerrorreport in the DW_1st_run.bedpost/masks/
directory, and it can't find any of:
DW_1st_run.bedpost/masks/data
DW_1st_run.bedpost/masks/nodif
DW_1st_run.bedpost/masks/nodif_brain_mask
I assume this is because they are in DW_1st_run.bedpost
rather than DW_1st_run.bedpost/masks
Could you please run fslerrorreport again in the DW_1st_run.bedpost
directory.
Also, you need to specify an image to run avwstats on, as Andreas says.
