Dear All
Some of you may be interested in a two day expert seminar (in English) on population-oriented integrated care that will be held under the auspices of the German Federal Ministry of Health, and hosted by the Bertelsmann Foundation and prepared in cooperation with Kaiser Permanente. This is open to integrated care experts from other European countries. There are a few places still available.
Participants and speakers will discuss key elements of the comprehensive delivery system at Kaiser Permanente that may be meaningful or adaptable to countries seeking to overcome fragmentation and inefficiencies by way of a systematic care coordination approach. The seminar has been certified as a CME measure by the Berlin Chamber of Physicians (14 credit points).
More information on fee for the seminar and registration form available at

Best wishes
