Subject: Fwd: National Monuments Record Customer Research
Please reply to Mike Evans
The National Monuments Record of English Heritage is currently undertaking an extensive customer research exercise. Through a number of Focus groups, telephone surveys and online questionnaires a more complete picture of what users of our archival and information resources require from us is emerging and will be used to inform future developments.
The online surveys are accessible from the homepages of Viewfinder ( www.english-heritage.org.uk/viewfinder <http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/viewfinder> ), Pastscape (www.pastscape.org <http://www.pastscape.org/> ) and Images of England ( www.imagesofengland.org.uk <http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/> ) and we would be very grateful to any colleagues who were able to participate. As well as contributing to the development of the National Monuments Record, visitors who complete the online survey will have the opportunity to win a Hewlett Packard iPaq pocket PC
