John, the article on dementia is still out with reviewers but I read it
on the weekend. Really enjoyed it. But there is one concern. It notes
several times that this is a chapter? Is it going in another book? Or
being published elsewhere? Because that makes it problematic for use in
the journal without special permissions, etc., as you know.

The Master of Science in Disability and Human Development is an
interdisciplinary program with an emphasis on understanding the complex
cultural, legal, programmatic, and theoretical context of disability in
society. Areas of research include disability ethics, disability studies
and social policy, health promotion, leadership and organizations, and
rehabilitation technology. The program articulates closely with the
