Subject: Eligible for DSA?
Hi,
I wondered if anyone might be able to answer a query. The LPC (Legal
practice Course) is a Law Society qualification I believe. It can be
done as a one year full time or two year part-time postgrad course.
I have had a call from an LEA today asking me what regulation it comes
under re the Education (Student support) regulations 2006??? The LEA is
querying if it falls under the remit of the DSA as it is not listed as a
designated course.
Due to the holiday season, there is no one here who can shed any light
on this. The student is not working at the moment and so will not be
funded through her job.
Any thoughts welcome!
Cheers,
Liz
