Just to add that for the law (if it ever a HEI is successfully sued by the
brave superman who decides to do such a thing), no training (this is dda
training) is training. So the institution chooses to change the current
induction of its labour force. Like global warming organisations could not
claim they are not already doing their 'bit'. A
