Me too. In my experience it is my ISP who is likely to query my use
of such a device to circulate an electronic newsletter to members of a
club (and Yes, they have opted-in!).
I have had no complaints about the recipients' ISP or their mail
client rejecting the material as SPAM. (And we did quality check with
the first such circulation.)
