Hi,
I have an interview next week for the post of customer services librarian,
with responsibility for implementing the library's diversity policy. Can
anyone give me any pointers, for example, how they would set about this
task, what sort of things they would put in place and how effect would be
measured?I have an academic university background so any advice on this ansd
working in public libraries would be gratefully received.
