UK Meteorology Office has their standards for Fortran 90 programming, though
I don't agree with all of them, they are a good starting point. I particularly
don't like their rquirement for mixed case programming, with Fotran statements
in uppercase and variables in mixed case. For me, it makes code difficult to read.

I have different programmers writing modules for a library of utility routines (like IMSL or NAG), which will be distributed, and I want them to look and be professional. Perhaps there is a style book someone could recommend? Or templates people have successfully used?
