Peter
One of the common issues we have with 2 lasers in the same LCA is in the outpatients eye clinic ( Nd:YAG and Argon or equivalent).
One simple solution is to securely fasten both keys on the same key ring so it is virtually impossible to use the lasers simultaneously and to colour code the laser goggles and the key.
Best wishes

Dear Harry
Many thanks for sending me the laser safety paper. It made interesting
reading. It refers to a video available from you. Please could I find out a
little more about its availability as it sounds possibly interesting to use
when presenting safety talks
As an aside, we are currently having fun with the challenge (we now have 2
cases) where 2 different lasers are used within the same LCA powered from
different outlets (one single-phase/3-phase and the other different power
outlets 32A & 64A) in terms of ideally having intelligent external signing
indicating current laser usage so that the correct eyewear can be selected
before entry
Best wishes
