Hi
We fill the catalogue through the snapshot, which implies that all courses are always listed except for those that are set to "unavailable".

Subject: Course Catalog
Hi
I am looking into the functionality of the Course Catalog. We currently have it available to users but I am concerned that there is a lack of consistency concerning which sites feed through and which sites are accessible to students due to the different settings imposed by academics, i.e. not all sites are automatically available to students and a large proportion of academics do not allow guest access. Have any institutions managed to implement it to a point where it is widely used and access is consistent? I would also be interested to get feedback from institutions who have chosen not to use it.
Thanks
Cate
