I opened the forum tutorial and opened the properties for that page.
There I could easily copy the URL for that page:
http://www.blackboard.com/viewlets/Bb_Discussion_Board_Overview_viewlet_swf.htm
I've tried it and it works fine in a new browserwindow after pasting the URL.
