Were hosted and I think we have had a similar issue with some of our
students who are off campus and have wi-fi & broadband. The solution that
worked which seems a bit drastic, but is effective, is to switch off all the
links in the chain for the broadband connection (modem, cable box or equ,
wi-fi router etc) . This then forces the service provider to issue your
router with a fresh IP, and this clears the problem. It seems to be
something to do with isp's cashing pages.
Some times it's seems to fix it's self this is because often isp rotate Ip
address every few days.
Let me know if it works.

Subject: Wi-fi problem
Hi everyone,
Hope everyone's summer rollovers are going well?! Just a quick
question. We have a lecturer who has a wireless connection on his
laptop. From home he can't get logged in to his Blackboard account. He
gets this:-
Exact message reads as follows "No authentication credentials were
provided with the request".
He assures me he is using the correct username/password. Any ideas
anyone? Anyone had any Wi-fi problems with logins?
Thanks
Gerard
