At Bournemouth we are currently planning our Bb suppport in terms of
creating an 'Help Chain' of contacts, to help people understand who they
need to ask when they have a certain problem. As part of this I was
wondering how other universities have dealt with their Bb support issues
(other than through the provision of FAQs/other online resources/modules.
That is to say is there one central source of info/guidance or is the
responsibility devolved?
I'd be grateful for any advice
