I understood that there's some code wrong or missing in a query that also
affects the amount of page hits. We have at least a double amount of traffic
(and use) on our server, but the total amount of page hits have dropped to
1/10th of the amount before summer because the use of content areas are not
counted. The fixed should be included in SP3 for AP3. For users that are
already on version 7 it should have been in SP1 that has been delayed.

Hello again,
Another question that a few of the instructors here have commented that
when they run stats on Bb they are showing zero hits on a content area.
I had presumed this was because they had not switched on the tracking on
items. However, I have an example where someone has switched this on
all items and she is still showing zero hits (and she knows students
have access it). The blackboard version in question is 6.3 .
Any ideas?
Thanks
