Hi Mark
1) Go to the Admin Panel
2) From the Blackboard Community System - Management area, click on Modules
3) Look for My Courses, click on the Contents button to the right
4) Tick "Display Unavailable Courses (for Students)"
This option isn't configurable for the Courses: Quick View as far as I can
tell.
