Kathryn,
All I do is do a SQL query to list all Course ID's, save it as a csv
file, delete the ID's I don't want to enrol them onto eg. test sites
etc. and then batch enrol the staff onto everything giving them
something like Builder status (so they can add the links). Works a treat
every time.
Hope that is of some help to you.

Subject: Temporary Access for Project Work
Hi
Has anyone had any experience with allowing temporary access to
Blackboard for a short-term project? We need to allow two people to have
access to all courses to input a link in each course menu, but of course
are not able to grant them System Admin rights, however there is no
other System role which can be allocated which allows access to the
course menu. Although we could enrol these members of staff into each
course this makes things much more complicated!
We have version 6.3 and so cannot customise the System roles, so I would
be grateful for any advice.
Best wishes
