No, the snapshot tool is absolutely NOT generic. You must at all times
run the precise version of the snapshot client matching your Bb server
version. This is very important!
You also must pay attention to the snapshot.properties files, which
occasionally change when the snapshot software version changes - make
sure any customized versions you use incorporate those changes!
