We use ReadAble as a (n unregistered) trade name for our program which
allows you easily to change Screen colour/font style/size/spacing in
Windows and on the web (www.readable.com). So you prompted me to do a
trademark search. Nothing that I can find in the UK, nothing conflicting
in the US, and, as you say, QED don't actually use the term on their
site. So I'm breathing again. Perhaps we should register it . . .

Simon
Tony Swann presented on this at raate last year. I couldn't find
anything either! However Readable seems to be a registered trade mark.
I'd be interested know if it is QED (or anyone else!).

I think this may have come from the NAIDEX news "Readable Page Turner
from
QED, which turns pages of books by remote control or an input switch
tailored to the user."
http://www.disabilitynow.org.uk/living/equipment/naidexpreview2005.htm
QED do not seem to have it on their website so it might need a phone
call!

Anyone know anything about this, have a URL to some product information
on
it? Is it an urban myth?
Have a nice weekend.
